Chat Phetch has 31 original browser games, all made by our own studio and hosted on our own servers. They are free to play, use virtual credits only and run on phones, tablets and computers. You don't need an account to play. See the full list on the games page.

Your login details are safe

We take care of your account the way we'd want ours looked after:

Your password is never saved as you typed it. It is scrambled with a one-way method before it is stored, so nobody at Chat Phetch can read it.
Everything happens on our server. Sign-up, sign-in and contact forms are sent straight to our server and processed there, not in your browser. Nothing about how they work is shown on the page.
Account storage is private. Account details are kept in protected storage that can't be opened from the web.
Protection against guessing. After five wrong password tries an account is locked for 15 minutes.
Secure sign-in. We use a secure session cookie that is hidden from page scripts.
Google sign-in is optional. If you use it, Google confirms who you are and we only receive your name and verified email address. We never see your Google password.
We never ask for payment details, and we will never ask for your password by email or message.

Tip: choose a password you don't use anywhere else, and sign out when using a shared device.

How our forms work

Every form on Chat Phetch (sign up, sign in, contact and Player Care) is handled by our server. When you press send, your details go securely to our server, which checks them, completes your request and brings you back to the page with the result. Contact and Player Care messages are delivered to our support inbox by email, and we keep a protected record of each submission so that nothing gets lost.

Send us a message on the Contact page using the topic 'Forgot password' and we'll help you get back into your account.

Where are my coins?

Can I turn coins into money or prizes?

No. Coins are virtual, have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged.

How do I delete my account?

Open My account, scroll to 'Delete my account', type DELETE and confirm. Or ask us via Player Care.

Do I have to sign up to play?

No. Every game works with or without an account.

Why does the site ask my age?

Chat Phetch is for adults aged 18+ living in the UK, so we ask you to confirm before you enter.
