1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of chatphetch.com (the "Site"), run under the name Chat Phetch ("we", "us"). By using the Site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can use Chat Phetch

The Site is only for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. When you enter the Site and when you sign up, you confirm that this is true. If you are under 18, please leave the Site.

3. Free to play, no real money

• All 31 games are free to play. We never ask for payment, card details or bank details.
• There is no real-money gambling and there are no prizes of money or real-world value.
• Coins, XP and levels are virtual and for entertainment only. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged.
• Success in a free game does not mean you would be successful at real-money gambling.

4. Playing without an account

You can play every game without registering. An account is optional and adds a coin balance, a daily bonus, XP and levels.

5. Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate anyone.
• Tell us straight away through the Contact page if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the My account page.

6. Coins and levels

We may change how many coins or XP are given for sign-ups, daily bonuses and opening games, and we may reset or adjust balances if we find errors, misuse or abuse. Balances may be lost if an account is deleted or closed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automated tools; try to exploit, reverse engineer, copy or disrupt the games or the Site; try to access other people's accounts or our systems; upload harmful code; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

8. Our games and content

The games, artwork, names, logos and text on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or remove games or features at any time.

10. Our responsibility

The Site and games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the Site, apart from anything we can't legally exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Taking a break or closing your account

You can ask for a break, an account restriction or deletion at any time from the Responsible Play page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

12. Your data

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
